Responsibilities
Ms. Robb is Director of Portfolio Optimization for JLL’s Retail Corporate Services Team. The RSC Team serves as trusted advisors to retailers and multisite clients on their growth strategies. In her role, Ms. Robb manages a team of real estate managers, internal brokerage partners and support staff in negotiating lease renewals, closures and dispositions focused on existing store portfolio management. Her team performs market analysis for lease renewals and relocations, oversees brokers to source optimal locations, conducts corporate site tours, negotiates leases and ensures that store openings are timely and within budget.

As an extension of clients’ internal real estate
departments, Ms. Robb’s team is responsible for efficiently managing their real
estate portfolio needs and ensuring strategies are aligned with their business
objectives.
Experience
Ms. Robb has more than 12 years of corporate retail real estate experience at the national and regional level. Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Robb worked as the Director of Real Estate Asset Management with Regis Corporation. She began her tenure at Regis in 2003 and held multiple positions including: Salon Operations Coordinator for the Supercuts division and Real Estate Manager for corporate lease transactions. Additionally, she oversaw Lease Administration and also, led all business development opportunities for corporate real estate assets.

Ms. Robb received a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities. She is a member of ICSC, the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and the University of Minnesota Alumni Association.
