Kendra Hinderland

Kendra Hinderland is a Managing Director, Asset and Property Management, of Cypress Equities in Dallas, Texas, with over 30 years of industry experience.  Previously she was with Deutsche AWM as Vice President of Retail Asset Management, overseeing a portfolio on the West Coast and in Texas.  Before that, she has also served as Managing Vice President, leading asset management and property operations for a 15 msf Midwest portfolio at RED Development, LLC. For a decade (2000-2010) Hinderland worked at Archon Group, LLP, a Goldman Sachs company, ultimately serving as a Director.  At Archon, she helped build the retail asset management platform. 

Kendra started her career as a retail broker in Phoenix, Arizona after obtaining her BS in Business from Arizona State University.  She is currently ICSC State Director for Texas, where she has been Texas Conference Chair.  In that role, she led the way in creating a number of innovative programs, including the Texas ICSC Undergraduate Case Competition, featuring teams from eight universities across the state.
