Steve Fiedler. Fiedler is the Franchise Development Manager at Taco Bell for the East Region, an international QSR chain with over 6,000+ restaurants in the US and worldwide. Steve has 10+ years experience in new store development, site selection, dealmaking and market planning with Taco Bell and previously Tim Hortons. At Taco Bell, Steve is responsible for site selection and store development in a fourteen state territory. Steve consults with area franchisees regarding purchase and ground leases, and coaches them on site selection with land owners and developers for new Taco Bell restaurants. Prior to joining Taco Bell, Steve worked for Tim Hortons as a Real Estate Development Manager. Steve has been an ICSC member for over 14 years and has been involved in ICSC’s Next Generation program for 7+ years.
