Justin Greider

Current responsibilities Justin Greider is primarily responsible for overseeing the agency leasing portfolio throughout the state of Florida. His role includes the strategic planning and execution of merchandising plans for the variety of neighborhood, community and premiere shopping center properties throughout the state of Florida. 

He is also responsible for the prospecting for tenants as well as the negotiation and execution of lease and sale transactions, including in-line tenants, anchors and outparcels.

Justin has established a broad range of key relationships throughout the Southeast. He has been widely recognized as an expert in the industry and an active writer and speaker on retail issues, having authored the Florida Retail Report since 2006.

Experience
Justin has over eight years of experience in the retail real estate industry. Prior to joining JLL, he worked for Crossman & Company in agency leasing for the firm’s portfolio of over 20 million s.f. of retail properties. In this role, he was instrumental in the oversight and execution for the leasing of the Publix Super Markets shopping center portfolio, as well as other key private and institutional clients. 

Additionally, he served as the leasing practice leader where he oversaw the hiring and training of the leasing team. He also provided strategic direction of new business development efforts and the creation of leasing plans for the 200+ shopping centers in the firm’s portfolio.

Justin has a broad range of experience in the shopping center industry. He began  his career at Trammell Crow Company and HFF where he underwrote the sale of over 100 retail properties covering the East Coast.

Education
Justin earned a MBA from Rollins College in Orlando, Florida, a  bachelor’s degree in architecture and a bachelor’s of science degree in environmental design from Ball State University. 

He holds real estate licenses in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. 

Affiliations
Justin is currently the ICSC National Next Generation Advisory Group Chair and serves on the ICSC Florida Conference and West Florida Idea Exchange Planning Committees. 

He has been recognized as a Co-Star Power Broker in six of the past seven years.  He was the Central Florida NAIOP Top Retail Producer in 2010 and 2011 and was recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as a nominee for both “Men to Watch” and “40 under 40” in 2012.
